Sharjah: Pakistan set Afghanistan a target of 183 runs to win.

In the third and final match of the ongoing T20 series in Sharjah, Pakistan scored 182 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in the allotted 20 overs while batting first at the invitation of Afghanistan.

Saeem Ayub scored 49 runs for Pakistan. Iftikhar Ahmed scored 31 runs, captain Shadab Khan scored 28 and Abdullah Shafiq scored 23 runs. Imad Wasim scored 13 runs and Tayyab Tahir scored 10 runs.

On behalf of Afghanistan, Mujeebur Rahman took 2 wickets while captain Rashid Khan, Muhammad Nabi, Fazlul Haq Farooqui, Fareed Ahmed and Karim Jannat took 1 and 1 wicket respectively.
