Islamabad: ISLAMABAD: Police issued notices to Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan and other leaders for investigation in two cases registered under the terrorism provisions of the attack on the judicial complex.
According to the details, a notice was issued to Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan for being investigated in the case number 3 registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act and other provisions in police station CTD Islamabad. The notice has been issued by Inspector Ashraf, SHO of CTD police station.
In the same case, Ali Amin Gandapur, Ali Nawaz Awan, Murad Saeed, Shibli Faraz, Umar Ayub, Amir Kayani, Asad Umar, Hamad Azhar, Amjad Niazi, Dakar Shahzad Wasim, Asad Qaiser, Raja Khurram Nawaz, Farrukh Habib, Jamshed Mughal and others. SO Imran Khan Lt Col R Muhammad Asim has also been summoned.
Apart from this, a notice has been issued for immediate investigation in the case number 143 registered under the Anti-Terrorism Act of Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Kothana Golra.
Other leaders who have been summoned for investigation in the same case include Asad Umar, Ali Nawaz Awan, Jamshed Mughal, Malik Sajid, Aamir Mughal, Khan Bahadur, Chaudhry Nasir Asad Farooq and Tanveer Qazi.
In the notices of both the cases, the leaders have been asked to appear in both the cases as soon as possible and present their position, otherwise legal action will be taken against them as per the rules.
