Varanasi: Bhojpuri actress Akanksha Dubey of the Indian film industry was found dead in a hotel room in Uttar Pradesh.
According to Indian media, the body of Akanksha Dubey, a young actress who made her debut as a model in the Bhojpuri showbiz industry and reached the height of her fame, was found hanging from the ceiling of a hotel in Varanasi on Sunday.
Akanksha, the rising actress of the Bhojpuri film industry, also has a huge following on Instagram and her videos have millions of views.
The police said that the body was shifted to the hospital for post-mortem. Only after the post-mortem report is out, anything can be definitively said, but initially it seems to be a case of suicide.
The police further said that no suicide note was found near the body. The hotel cameras and guest registers are collecting records of visitors to meet the actress.
Keep in mind that in this world of fame and money, suicide incidents are increasing. According to a recently published report, drug use is also a cause of suicide in the Indian film industry.
