Moscow: China’s efforts to end the war in Ukraine have not achieved sufficient success, but Russian President Vladimir Putin has hinted at installing nuclear weapons in Belarus.
According to the World News Agency, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that the construction of a nuclear weapons storage facility in Belarus will be completed by July 1.
It should be noted that Russian President Vladimir Putin, who imposed war on Ukraine, has signed an agreement to keep nuclear weapons on the territory of neighboring Belarus. Russia also attacks Ukraine from Belarus.
The international community, including the United States, has strongly criticized these intentions of the Russian president and termed this action as tantamount to nuclear proliferation, which is a violation of international agreements.
However, Vladimir Putin has rejected this criticism and claimed that his step is not a violation of nuclear non-proliferation agreements and that the United States itself has installed nuclear weapons on the territory of European allies.

The Russian president denied the impression that control of Russian nuclear weapons installed there would remain with Belarus.
It should be noted that Russia has already deployed 10 nuclear-capable aircraft in Belarus.
After the Chinese President’s visit to Russia, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that they are not forming an alliance with the Chinese military for military operations in Ukraine, but will cooperate with each other in the military and technical fields.
