Well-known Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is currently facing several allegations made by his wife Alia Siddiqui in the court.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui has filed a petition against all the allegations leveled by his wife, after which the case is currently pending in the Mumbai High Court and no settlement has been reached between the two so far.
The actor’s lawyer Pradeep Thorat has revealed that the actor has not been able to meet his children since they went missing from their school in Dubai and that is the initial reason for filing the petition in the court.
According to the lawyer, the actor has not seen his children for a long time, if the court allows him to meet his children, he will withdraw his plea.
On the other hand, the lawyer of the actor’s wife Alia Siddiqui, Shekhar Khandelwal, claimed that my client is ready to settle the matter but when she is living with the children at the actor’s mother’s residence, how is it possible that the actor can do this? No matter where they are, actors are free to visit their children, they themselves are not visiting their children.
