Rumors of a sequel to Three Idiots turned out to be false

Mumbai: Rumors of Bollywood actors Aamir Khan, R-Madhavan and Sharman Joshi working in the sequel of Three Idiots were doing the rounds but after an advertisement video surfaced, it was proved wrong.

According to Indian media reports, Indian fantasy sports platform Dream 11’s new ad video has put to rest the rumors of a sequel to 3 Idiots, in which the actors advise the cricketers to focus on their work as most of the cricketers have Now started acting in commercials.

In the ad, the three actors are holding a press conference while Indian cricketers are seen criticizing these actors. In the advertisement, cricketer Rohit Sharma said about actors that one does not become a cricketer just by acting in films, to which Aamir Khan replied that one does not become an actor by acting in advertisements.

Sharman said that every Aamir film crosses the Rs 300 crore mark, while Madhavan said that Aamir Khan is the real ‘hitman’, not Rohit. Rohit Sharma responded by saying that no one can claim the title of ‘hitman’ even by giving only one super hit film in two years.

In the ad, Jasprit Bumrah and Hardik Pandya try to scare the actors with 150 kmph bowling deliveries and bouncers, to which Aamir Khan openly challenges the players.

It may be noted that earlier Kareena Kapoor, Boman Irani and Javed Jaffrey had posted a video complaining that Aamir, Sharman and Madhavan were making the sequel of ‘3 Idiots’ without them. However, after the advertisement, it was established that the three actors were actually busy shooting for the advertisement.
