Islamabad: The biggest statue of Pakistan’s first Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan Shaheed has been prepared and will be installed in Shahrah Faisal Karachi.

According to Express News, the Sindh government has commissioned a statue of former Prime Minister Liaquat Ali Khan from Pakistan’s famous sculptor Asim Mirza to pay homage to him. has been prepared which will be installed this month near Stargate on Shahrah Faisal, Sindh Governor Kamran Tesori will attend the inauguration ceremony as the chief guest.

Talking to Express, Asim Mirza said that it is an honor to have the statue of the great Quaid Liaquat Ali Khan ready, this thirteen feet statue has been made in a short period of three months at a cost of 2 million rupees. I have also got the honor of making a statue of the founder of Pakistan, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

It should be remembered that Liaquat Ali Khan had an idea of ​​the different conditions of the Muslims of the subcontinent since his student days. This was the reason that he practically entered the field of politics in 1923 and was elected as the Secretary General of Muslim League in 1936. Thus, he became the right hand of the Quaid-e-Azam and worked day and night to get a separate homeland for the Muslims.

Quaid Millat Liaquat Ali Khan has the status of the main character of the political history of Pakistan, he is considered among the foremost leaders and builders of Pakistan. Liaquat Ali Khan stood by the Quaid-e-Azam every step of the way during the independence movement, due to his efforts, Muslims voted for the All India Muslim League against the Congress in the 1941 elections and later on, as a result of these tireless efforts, on August 14, 1947. A new country came into existence on the world map by the name of Pakistan.

After the death of Quaid-e-Azam, Liaquat Ali Khan performed the duties of the new-born state with great prudence. On one occasion, in response to India’s aggression, Khan Liaquat Ali Khan waved his fist in the air to raise the morale of the nation, seeing that the enemy’s intentions proved to be a wall of sand.

On October 16, 1951, while addressing a public meeting in Liaquat Bagh, Rawalpindi, a person named Syed Akbar fired shots at Liaquat Ali Khan, from which he succumbed to his injuries and succumbed to his injuries. He was also honored with the Addresses of the Nation.
