Lahore High Court has ordered to make the records of Tosha Khana from 1990 to 2001 public.
Justice Asim Hafeez of Lahore High Court disposed of the request of Advocate Azhar Siddique Munir regarding Tosha Khana records.
The court in its remarks said that the entire record should be made public and nothing can be hidden. The friend who gave the gifts should also be told. One cannot keep a gift without paying a price.
The federal government has taken a position that the sources of records made public after 2002 should also be disclosed. We will file an appeal against that which the court said is your right to appeal.
