Shah Mehmood Qureshi informed about the point of view on holding a transparent election
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Vice Chairman Makhdoom Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Secretary General Asad Umar had a “breakfast meeting” with the diplomatic corps in Islamabad.
The meeting with breakfast was organized by Neil Hawkins, High Commissioner of Australia posted in Pakistan.
Apart from senior leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf, a large number of ambassadors of European and Muslim countries posted in Pakistan participated in the meeting.
Makhdoom Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that during the meeting we discussed the regional and overall political situation of the country, we discussed the conduct of transparent elections as per the schedule and the elimination of the atmosphere of political instability in the country. From the perspective of the participants, we are deeply grateful to the Australian High Commissioner, Mr. Neil Hawkins, for organizing this banquet and meeting.
