Rawalpindi: Police registered another case against 12 leaders and 200 workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf.
The case has been registered against PTI’s 2 former federal ministers Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Ali Amin Gandapur and 12 named leaders and 200 unknown workers including former Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Wasiq Qayyum Abbasi, after which the police arrested them. Raids have also been started to arrest him.
In the complaint filed by the police, Chairman PTI Imran Khan arrived in Islamabad from Lahore and during the reception on the occasion of his appearance at the Judicial Complex by blocking the Motorway M to Toll Plaza Road, in addition to violation of Section 144, interference in business and against the government. A case has been registered in Naseerabad Police Station Rawalpindi on the charges of sloganeering.
In the text of the case, it is written that Section 144 was in force in the twin cities of Rawalpindi, Islamabad on the occasion of the arrival of former Prime Minister Imran Khan for his appearance. Former Federal Ministers Ghulam Sarwar Khan, Ali Amin Gandapur, Former Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Wasiq Qayyum, Former Provincial Ministers Fayyazul Hasan Chauhan, Raja Basharat and other leaders Arif Abbasi, Umar Tanveer Butt, Samabiya Tahir, Amar Siddique Khan, Chaudhry Afzal Padyal, Chaudhry One and a half to 200 PTI workers under the leadership of Kausar Javed, Farrukh Syal, etc., who were armed with sticks, etc., gathered at Motorway M2 Toll Plaza to welcome Imran Khan, blocked the road and interfered with the Kar-e-Skarr and imposed Section 144. violated They were also informed about the ban but they did not pay attention. So against all the elements, a case is being registered under Section 188, 341, 148, 149, 186 of Pakistan Penal Code.
It has been learned that after the registration of the case, the police have started raids to arrest the designated leaders and workers, while help is being taken from the videos made on the spot to identify the workers.
