Heroin worth crores of rupees was recovered from a passenger traveling from Karachi to Jeddah

Karachi: The Anti-Narcotics Force foiled an attempt to smuggle heroin worth crores of rupees abroad during an operation at Jinnah Terminal.

According to sources, ANF recovered high quality heroin worth more than four crore rupees from the luggage of a passenger traveling from Karachi to Jeddah.

Passenger Akhtar Jahan was traveling to Jeddah on Serene Airlines flight ER812.

During the search, 3 kg of high quality heroin was recovered from the baggage of the passenger which was cleverly concealed in a trolley bag.

The passenger was detained along with the drugs and investigation was started.
