Mumbai: Bollywood actress Dia Mirza, who touched the heights of fame in the past, is worried about not getting work, which she openly expressed in an interview given to Indian media.
Dia Mirza, who has given more than two decades of her career to the Hindi film industry, is now in a position where she is trying to make a comeback in Bollywood. Dia Mirza’s hunger for fame is not so much to move forward as to relaunch her career.
Dia Mirza said in an interview to Indian Express that when we become actors, we sign a contract of waiting. Endless waiting, missed opportunities, failures, are part of that pain and it’s a minor thing in the long journey of acting that almost every actor has to endure.
He also said that there is no shortcut to success and sometimes there is no happy ending. It hurts when your stories don’t get an audience, when your story doesn’t get producers, when you’re waiting for work to come in, it’s a really tough time.
Continuing the conversation, the actress said that every time you think, ‘This movie is okay! Because everyone has liked it, my role has also been appreciated and I will get more work after that, which is not always the case. What happened! You find yourself again at the point where you are either waiting or begging.
