Despite Shahbaz Sharif's affidavit, the application against Nawaz Sharif not being brought back to Pakistan is scheduled for hearing

Islamabad: Despite Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif giving an affidavit to the leader of Muslim League (N) Nawaz Sharif, the petition against not bringing him back to Pakistan was set for hearing.

According to the details, a two-member bench headed by Justice Ali Baqer Najafi will hear the petition of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry today. Fawad Chaudhry took a position in the petition that Shahbaz Sharif gave an affidavit to the High Court that Nawaz Sharif will come home in 4 weeks.

He said that Nawaz Sharif has been gone from Pakistan for 4 years but he has not returned. Shahbaz Sharif, being the Prime Minister of Pakistan, issued a blue passport while facilitating his brother, which is a violation of his oath.

Fawad Chaudhry opined that Shahbaz Sharif was supposed to produce a criminal in the court but has not produced it yet. give
