A 10-year-old child died due to the alleged negligence of doctors in Benazir Hospital in Rawalpindi.
According to Express News, a 10-year-old injured boy was brought to the hospital from Gharibabad area of Rawalpindi, who allegedly died due to lack of interest of doctors and lack of timely medical facilities.
According to the family members, ten-year-old Talha got minor injuries after being hit by a tractor-trolley, after which he was brought to Benazir Bhutto Hospital, where he died due to gross negligence of the doctors.
On the death of the child, the relatives got angry and vandalized the hospital, after which the doctors stopped the emergency service and the security personnel also fled the scene.
Later, on the complaint of the administration, a heavy contingent of police reached the hospital and dispersed the angry protestors after a discussion.
