Karachi: A father killed his disabled elder son along with his younger son over a property dispute in Etihad Town.
According to the police, a 35-year-old man named Jashata was killed by a sharp knife during a domestic dispute near Baldiya Madrasa Abu Hurairah in Etihad Town area.
According to Etihad Town Police, the deceased was killed by his father Zardar and brother Asim over a property dispute, while a shovel was also used in the murder, which has been seized by the police.
The deceased was the elder among all the siblings and disabled due to polio. As soon as the incident was reported, the police reached the spot and arrested the deceased’s father, Zardad, while raids are being conducted in search of the escaped brother, Asim.
The police shifted the body of the deceased to the civil hospital for post-mortem, the police are further investigating the incident.
