Karachi: There have been reports of sudden power outage in most areas of Shahr Quaid.
According to Express News, on Monday night, more than 40 percent of the city was suddenly cut off, and the areas have been plunged into darkness.
The affected areas include Sadar, Lines Area, DHA, Punjab Colony, South and Eastern Districts including the Exhibition.
Sources say that most of the grid stations have been shut down due to a technical fault in K Electric’s high tension line.
