Karachi: The Sindh government accepted the demand of MQM and added 53 union councils in Karachi.
According to Express News, the People’s Party accepted the great demand of the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, after which there was a big change in the local government system of Karachi. Sindh Government has added 53 Union Councils in Shahr Quaid.
The Sindh government has issued a notification in this regard according to which the number of union councils in Karachi has been increased from 249 to 299.
