Patna: Workers of an extremist Hindu party in India killed a Muslim with rods and sticks and injured another on the suspicion of carrying beef.
According to Indian media, this incident took place in Siwan district of Bihar state, where a 56-year-old man, Naseem Qureshi, was chased by a group of fanatical Hindus and brutally tortured.
The deceased Naseem Qureshi who was going home with his nephew with meat and other goods was stopped by the angry mob and brutally tortured.
According to the police, the angry mob caught Naseem and his nephew near a mosque from where they tried to escape but the mob attacked them with sticks after which some people handed over both the injured to the police.
According to the police, Naseem was seriously injured and taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. According to the police, four suspects involved in the incident have been arrested and further investigation is underway.
