NAB amendments case set for hearing in Supreme Court

Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has fixed the NAB amendment case for hearing.

According to the Supreme Court Registrar’s Office, a three-member bench headed by the Chief Justice of Pakistan will hear the NAB amendment case on March 14.

Apart from this, the case related to appointments in PIA has also been fixed for hearing, which will be heard by a three-member special bench headed by Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan on March 14 at 12:30.

The Chief Justice of Pakistan constituted a three-member special bench in the Supreme Court to hear the cases of 69 different members of the Assembly. which will hear the requests of the assembly members on March 13.

The three-member bench also includes Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan and Justice Yahya Khan Afridi. This bench has been appointed to hear various election excuses from 2018 to 2022.
