Despite the drop in the global market, the price of gold in Pakistan increased

Despite the low price of gold in the international bullion market, the price increased in Pakistan.

The price of gold fell by $23 per ounce to settle at $1,819 in the international bullion market on Thursday.

Despite the decline in the global market, the price of gold per tola increased by 400 rupees in the local bullion markets, after which the rate was 1 lakh 97 thousand 700, while the price of ten grams increased by 343 rupees to reach the level of 1 lakh 69 thousand 496 rupees.

Gold was traded at the new price in the exchange markets of Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur, Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta.

On the other hand, the price of silver per tola and ten grams remained stable without any change.
