The attempt to seize the land on Dalmia Road by the anti-encroachment police station has started. Attempts were also made on this land worth billions of rupees earlier. The construction of the rooms on this plot has been started by the Anti-Anchor Police Station and further construction is being done.

KMC sources say that these constructions are being done illegally and the constructions being done on it are also illegal. Even earlier, an attempt was made to occupy the valuable land by displaying a board on behalf of the Deputy Commissioner East, on which action was taken by the Sindh government and this occupation was stopped.

This time, anti-encroachment is showing itself to be occupying the organization that removes encroachment. Sources of the MC say that the market value of this plot of 1000 yards is billions of rupees, this land is in front of the National Stadium, which is constantly being tried to be occupied by different parties, but this time it is from the anti-encroachment police station. is being attempted.

It should be noted that earlier an attempt was made by Deputy Commissioner East to seize this valuable land, but due to the efforts of then Administrator Karachi Murtaza Wahab and the orders of Local Government Minister Nasir Hussain Shah, that attempt failed. On this, the staff of Sindh government’s anti-encroachment police station is involved in the occupation of which KMC had some land to build a police station.

When the Express News team reached the spot, the anti-encroachment police officer escaped from there by jumping from the window and was not ready to give a statement as to who is doing the construction in KMC land, while sources say that the former administrator Murtaza Wahab took special notice of this incident and foiled the takeover attempt. Sources further say that Administrator Karachi Saifur Rahman has been informed about the entire situation in this regard, but no stand has come out from his side.
