According to ISPR, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in the general area of Datta Khel district of North Waziristan yesterday during which 6 terrorists were killed.

After the operation, the security forces conducted a clearance operation in the area during which 3 more terrorists were killed in a fierce exchange of fire. Arms and ammunition have also been recovered from them.
The local people of the area appreciated the response of the security forces. The people expressed their full support to eradicate terrorism from the region.
