Islamabad: Important progress has been made in the Imran Khan disqualification case in the Islamabad High Court for non-disclosure of his alleged daughter Terrian White.
The petitioner sought permission to amend the petition and decided to challenge Imran Khan’s position as party chief.
The petitioner brought 12 new documents against Imran Khan and prepared a detailed request of 138 pages to keep the new documents on record.

The petitioner said that Imran Khan should be asked how he is holding the office of the party, Imran Khan should be declared ineligible for party leadership and public office.
The petitioner submitted a copy of the California court decision, the complete record of Shirafgan Niazi, Farooq Sattar cases against Imran Khan, copies of Imran Khan’s affidavit given in the Election Commission, gazette notification of success in 7 seats in the by-election are also part of the record.
