In the case of late Aamir Liaquat’s indecent videos going viral, his third wife Daniya Shah filed an acquittal petition.
The accused Daniya Shah appeared in the court of Judicial Magistrate East Karachi.
Dania Shah’s lawyer Liaqat Gabol Advocate argued that after the statement of the plaintiff’s case, the case against Dania Shah is not made.
Liaquat Gabol Advocate said that FIA has no evidence against Dania Shah, they have not made any video of Aamir Liaquat viral.
It should be noted that the Sindh High Court had approved the bail of the accused Daniya Shah last month.
Aamir Liaquat’s daughter filed a complaint against Dania Shah in FIA.
