Abbottabad: Former Olympian Fazlur Rahman, who won the Hockey World Cup for Pakistan, passed away.

Fazlur Rehman was the gold medalist of the Mexico Olympics, apart from that he also had the honor of being the gold medalist of the first Hockey World Cup.

Fazlur Rahman scored the only goal against India in the first World Cup for Pakistan.

Fazlur Rahman has represented Pakistan in the 1968 and 1972 Olympics and is also a gold medalist in the 1971 World Cup.
