Karachi: The Sindh government has announced the closure of all educational institutions across the province on the occasion of Shab-i-Barat.
In the notification issued by the Chief Secretary Sindh, it has been stated that all public and private schools and colleges of Sindh will be closed on Wednesday, March 8.
In the notification, it is written that the decision to leave on the occasion of Shab-e-Barat was taken in the meeting held on February 22.
Earlier, the All Private Schools Association had also announced the closure of all private schools on the occasion of Shab-i-Barat.
It should be noted that the fifteenth day of the Islamic month of Shaban started after sunset, accordingly the children of Islam are celebrating Shab Barat with religious devotion and respect.
