Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif approved the provision of free flour to poor families in Punjab under the Ramadan package.
In the meeting presided over by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the supply of free flour under the Ramadan package in Punjab was reviewed. Approved to provide free flour to poor families under Ramadan package. The Prime Minister directed to complete the comprehensive strategy for the supply of flour to the poor families under the Ramadan package as soon as possible.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said that he will give maximum relief to the fasting people in the month of Ramadan. The Federation will provide all possible support to the provinces to provide Ramadan package to the poor people across the country on the pattern of Punjab model.
Punjab Chief Secretary Zahid Akhtar Zaman and Finance Secretary Mujahid Sher Dal briefed the Prime Minister regarding the Ramadan package. Caretaker Chief Minister Punjab Mohsin Raza Naqvi, Secretary Food and other senior officials also attended the meeting.
