A special children’s festival will be held on Friday at the Pakistan Youth Festival, organized by the Arts Council of Pakistan Karachi, in which children from various schools and colleges will showcase their skills in painting, acting, dancing and singing.
The results of the candidates who participated in the painting, photography, essay, quiz and elocution competitions from January 23 will be announced on January 27, while there will be a music concert at 4 pm in which famous singers including the AUJ band will perform.
At the Pakistan Youth Festival, President Arts Council Muhammad Ahmad Shah announced to give a cash prize of 10 thousand rupees to Abdul Hadi for his excellent beat boxing.
In this regard, he said that the youth of Karachi and other cities are actively participating in the Pakistan Youth Festival, the lucky winners of the painting and photography competitions will be given a prize of 25,000 rupees.
Battle of the Bands, speech, acting, singing instrument competitions, two special competitions of photography and live painting and theater workshops were also held in the festival.
From 10 am in the Arts Council, apart from students of schools, colleges and universities, there was a rush of candidates participating in various categories, the young generation from all sides continued to enjoy the festival, while in the semi-finals of dance, various dance groups and solos of candidates. The performance capped off the festival.
