Los Angeles: Pakistani-born British actor Riz Ahmed and Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone will present the award at the Oscars 2023 ceremony.
The 95th Academy Awards ceremony will be held on March 12 at the Dolly Theater in Los Angeles.
Both artists from Pakistan and India will perform alongside Hollywood stars Dwayne Johnson, Emily Blunt and Michael B. Jordan among others.
The official social media account of the Oscars released the list of people who will present the awards at the ceremony.
Pakistan’s Oscar winner Riz Ahmed has become an icon of Pakistan around the world and last month he became the first Pakistani actor to participate in the announcement of Oscar nominees.
Deepika Padukone shared the news with her fans on Instagram and expressed her happiness over the actress’ success.
