Tripoli: After Italy, the total number of dead Pakistanis has increased to 7 as the bodies of 4 more Pakistanis were found in the migrant boat accident in Libya.

According to the World News Agency, the boat of migrants trying to go to Europe with dreams of a bright future and prosperity sank in the sea of ​​Benghazi, Libya in the last week of last month, in which 3 Pakistanis died.

However, bodies of 4 more Pakistanis were found yesterday, making the total number 7.

Spokesperson of the Foreign Office Mumtaz Zahra Baloch also confirmed that the bodies of 4 more Pakistanis were found and said that the Pakistani Embassy is making arrangements to transfer the bodies to Pakistan.

According to spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch, a Pakistani immigrant was rescued alive. He further said that this accident is different from the accident in Italy.

It should be remembered that even in Italy, the migrant boat was broken after hitting the sea rocks. So far, the bodies of 64 people, including 4 Pakistanis, have been recovered from the sea, including 14 children.

The commander of the Italian police team, Lt. Col. Alberto Lepolis, said that a Turkish and 2 Pakistani nationals sailed the boat from Turkey to Italy despite the terrible weather.

The police further said that more than 80 people were rescued alive in this accident, who said that one Turkish and two Pakistani citizens had boarded the boat for $8,485.
