More rain than usual has been predicted in Saudi Arabia during Ramadan.
According to an analyst at the country’s National Center for Meteorology, many areas of Saudi Arabia will experience heavy rainfall during Ramadan.
Speaking to the Saudi newspaper, Aqeel Al-Aqeel said that at the beginning of Ramadan, the weather will be moderate in the northern, eastern and central regions of the country.
He said that this year, Ramadan is coming in the spring, so the moisture pressure in the air will increase while the temperature will also be one degree Celsius higher than normal.
The meteorological analyst said that the temperature in Makkah and coastal areas will rise at the end of Ramadan.
It should be noted that Ramadan in Saudi Arabia will start from March 23, although the final date will be announced on March 22 by the Ruyat Hilal Committee.
