Beijing wants the security issues of counter-terrorism, cyber security, bio-security and advanced technologies to be solved with the help of international cooperation and to use these international platforms to improve governance in non-traditional security.
China will also encourage military cooperation and exchanges at the police academies and university level.
Counter-terrorism expert Li Wai said that China used to provide training to police officers in Pakistan and Afghanistan and now wants to expand this cooperation.
He said that the purpose of this training and exchange is to strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation for counter-terrorism.
Remember that last year, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China will provide training to more than 2,000 law enforcement officers from member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization and establish a training base related to counter-terrorism. .

In December 2022, China offered to train 1,500 police and cyber security personnel from Arab countries.
