Tehran: After researching the importance of aromatherapy, scientists have said that if you are feeling stressed in offices and busy workplaces, you can try a simple recipe to improve your mood. For this, a bottle of rose perfume should be kept in the office.
In this context, the nurses working in the busiest hospitals wore perfumed pendants around their necks, through which the vapors of the rose fragrance were reaching their noses. Nurses who wore perfumed necklaces reported that stress during work was reduced to only one-tenth. The more he smelled the perfume, the less stress he felt.
Experts at the Samnan University of Medical Research in Iran have conducted human experiments with hundreds of years of tried-and-tested rose perfume and found it to be very effective in treating depression and anxiety. According to them, rose perfume is also very useful in headache, nervous tension and other diseases. On the other hand, high quality rose perfume is also made in Iran itself.
Although some studies have not found specific benefits, Mohsin Emadi Khalaf of Jamia Samnan and his colleagues tested the perfume on 118 nurses and doctors at two of Iran’s busiest hospitals. All the volunteers were divided into three groups.
Among them, one group was given sesame oil, the second group was given lavender perfume and the third group was given rose perfume. For this, half a milliliter of oil was filled in a special tube and worn around the neck so that the staff kept smelling it. After that, questionnaires were filled by the participants.
People who were given rose perfume experienced a significant reduction in stress and worked cheerfully even during bitter work experiences. The research was published in the journal Science and Healing. According to experts, positive people for rose perfume start to appear after two weeks.
