Rajanpur: The by-elections in National Assembly Constituency NA-193 are being held today for which polling has started.
According to Express News, polling has started for the by-elections in National Assembly Constituency NA-193 Rajanpur.
According to the Election Commission, polling will continue from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the scheduled time, while 3,79,204 voters will exercise their right to vote. 237 polling stations have been set up in the constituency, 169 B grade while 69 polling stations have been declared sensitive.
In the by-election, Amar Awais Leghari on the sign of the lion, Mohsin Leghari on the sign of the bat, Akhtar Hasan Gurchani on the sign of the arrow and Muhammad Mehmood on the sign of the crane are facing each other.
Police spokesman says that strict security arrangements have been made by the police, more than 2500 policemen and officers are performing their duty while the soldiers of Pak Army and Rangers are there to help the police. There is a complete ban on carrying mobile phones in the polling station.
