Karachi: In a major incident of robbery at 3 agricultural farms located on Memongoth Link Road, gangs of robbers took the staff hostage and looted solar panels, inverters, goats, goats, batteries and other goods worth lakhs of rupees and escaped.
According to the details, about a dozen robbers raided 3 agricultural farms located on Link Road in Memongoth area on Tuesday night and tied the staff there with ropes and locked them in a room, after which the robbers kept them for 5 hours. Apart from 100 solar panels, inverters, batteries, worth lakhs of rupees installed there, dozens of goats and other goods including goats and goats of huge value were stolen and escaped.
According to the police, the accused also stole mobile phones and cash from the staff, while the robbers failed to take away other solar panels in a hurry. In this regard, SHO Memon Goth Akram Arain said that the police have registered a case of the incident.
He has claimed that the police have arrested several accused and the police is conducting raids to recover the looted goods which will be recovered soon.
