Do CDA people set fire on Margalla mountains themselves, Chief Justice of Pakistan
Islamabad: The Supreme Court rejected the report of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) of Islamabad in the Monal Restaurant case.
When the Monal Restaurant case was heard in the Supreme Court, the CDA submitted a report on the details of all the constructions in the Margalla National Park.
The Supreme Court rejected the report of CDA and summoned the Chairman CDA immediately.
Chief Justice Faiz Isa said that the CDA was asked for the details of other restaurants with Monal, the CDA report includes Sports Club Pak China Center, Art Council National Monument, but the world knows how many more restaurants there are with Monal. But if you don’t know then CDA doesn’t know, this is CDA’s honesty.
On the order of the Supreme Court, Chairman CDA immediately appeared in the court and told that there were twenty-one fires in the Margalla hills this season.
The Chief Justice of Pakistan asked whether the CDA people set fire to the mountains of Margalla themselves. So Chairman CDA replied that there are some black sheep.
The court sought the details of other restaurants around Monal.
