Karachi: The police arrested the security guard, the main suspect in the murder of a 15-year-old boy who was picking garbage in North Karachi Sector 1-A and recovered weapons from his possession.
According to Express News, a few days ago, the accused security guard Ramzan injured 15-year-old Samad Gul, a garbage picker in North Karachi, with a bullet marker on his chest.
The accused Ramzan fled from the spot after the shooting, who was arrested by the police during the operation.
According to the police, the accused said that he had forbidden the boy who picked the garbage to enter the street, but he did not obey and the accused opened fire on him.
It should be noted that the injured youth was taken to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Police say that on Monday the accused will be presented in court and his physical remand will be taken.
A major development in the said case came when the police arrested Asim, the supervisor of the security company, during the investigation. According to the police, the arrested Asim had recruited an untrained person without any verification.
The police have also confiscated the weapons of 12 guards of the concerned company and the company has also shown its license to the police.
It should be remembered that the security guard involved in the murder of the young man escaped after the Ramadan incident and was arrested by the police two days later.
