Peshawar: Interim bails of PTI leaders and MLAs have been granted in the case related to illegal recruitment.
Special Judge Salahuddin heard the interim bail applications of Dr. Amjad Ali and Mian Sharaft Ali, nominated PTI leaders and MLAs in cases related to illegal recruitment in the Anti-Corruption Court Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The court accepted the bail applications of Dr. Amjad Ali and Mian Sharaft Ali.
During the hearing, the prosecution argued that Dr. Amjad Ali and Sharafat Ali were accused of illegal recruitment in Swat. A case has been registered against both the members of the assembly in the anti-corruption police station, Swat.
