Karachi: 4 more victims succumbed to their injuries while being treated in the Hyderabad cylinder blast at Civil Hospital Karachi Business Ward, taking the death toll to 18.
According to Medical Superintendent Civil Hospital Karachi Dr. Khalid Bukhari, 14-year-old Abbas Ali, 15-year-old Umeer son of Arshad, 17-year-old Alishah son of Zeeshan and 25-year-old Dudu son of Maher lost their lives after the accident in the business ward.
Abbas Ali and Dudu were rushed to the hospital with 100% burns, Umeer with 66% burns while Alisha had 26.5% burns.
After the death of 4 more injured, the death toll in the Hyderabad cylinder blast has reached 18. Five victims of the accident in Burns Ward are still undergoing treatment, whose condition is said to be critical.
