Peshawar: The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced that he will provide electricity to the people by installing solar systems in areas with high load shedding.
Addressing the assembly session, the Chief Minister said that we say electricity, it (federal) says that there is no electricity and theft is taking place, if theft is taking place then why steps have not been taken to stop it.
He announced that to deal with the problem of electricity loadshedding, we are now moving towards solarisation, there are 156 such feeders where loadshedding is high and we will provide solar.
Ali Amin Gandapour said that he will not tolerate any more extravagance of the rulers, he will cut the expenses, he will reduce the government electricity bill by 20%, if it is not collected, he will withdraw money from the same department.
He said that the federal government also cut the higher education budget while we have increased our education budget, the rulers are trying to become political martyrs while we have presented the public budget, which includes employment plan, Ehsaas Rozgar and Ehsaas house plan has been presented.
The Chief Minister admitted that law and order is a big challenge in the province, to overcome which we have allocated 7 billion rupees in the police budget within our resources. Unless resources are increased, countering terrorism will continue to face difficulties.
Ali Amin Gandapur announced that legislation has to be enacted to end corruption while bringing the law of death penalty for drug dealers, if there is any drug dealer, identify him so that by giving severe punishment, we will teach our coming generation. Can be protected from the curse.
