Karachi: Member of the National Assembly Syed Mustafa Kamal submitted the answer to the election apology in the Sindh High Court.
Member National Assembly Syed Mustafa Kamal submitted a response to the election apology of PTI-backed Dawa Khan Saber in constituency NA 242 through Hasan Saber Advocate in the Sindh High Court in which the statements of 18 witnesses including the Chief Polling Agent were submitted. .
Syed Mustafa Kamal, in response to the election excuse, said that there was a peaceful polling in Constituency NA-242. Tehreek-e-Insaaf candidate submitted fake Form 45. Form 45 of Dawa Khan Saber has been declared fake in writing by the returning officer. When the results were being collected, the candidates of Tehreek-e-Insaf and Jamaat-e-Islami were sitting on dharna. The candidates of Tehreek-e-Insaf and Jamaat-e-Islami surrounded the Returning Officer’s office instead of taking the results.
He maintained that the candidates accused of rigging neither participated nor signed the consolidation. No one has challenged the Form 45 uploaded by the Election Commission. In the statements submitted by the witnesses, it was said that there was no rigging in front of them and the results were not changed.
Talking to the media after submitting the answer, Syed Mustafa Kamal said that the public should not be offended by the abuse of PTI people, abuse is the compulsion of PTI leaders, if they do not abuse, then they will meet the leader in jail. It will not happen and if there is a meeting, the PTI founder will abuse him.
Syed Mustafa Kamal said that Arif Alvi was not fit for the presidency, he is still doing street politics. Karachi was not captured by MQM but by PTI in 2018.
