Karachi: The Special Anti-Terrorism Court has ordered death sentence to one accused and life imprisonment to 2 accused in the case of murder of an official of a sensitive institution.
The Special Anti-Terrorism Court pronounced the verdict in the murder case of the official of the sensitive institution, the prosecution was able to prove the crime.
The court has ordered the death penalty to the accused Muhammad Ali, the accused Muhammad Ali has also been ordered to pay Rs 5 lakh as compensation to the family of the victim and a fine of Rs 3 lakh has also been imposed.
The court sentenced accused Nauman and Younis Khan to life imprisonment. The court also ordered to confiscate the movable and immovable property of the three accused.
According to the police, the accused killed Tanveerul Hasan near Nazimabad AO Clinic last year.
