Peshawar: Protesting against load shedding in Khyber, people stormed feeders, dozens of workers entered the Lindi Kotal grid station and staged a dharna for power supply.
According to Express News, there was a protest organized by the People’s Party against load shedding of electricity in which dozens of workers entered the Lindi Kotal grid station. Common people also participated in the protest, people raised black flags and chanted slogans and staged a dharna in the grid station.
The protestors said that the daily load shedding in the area exceeded 21 hours, daily life is badly affected by the electricity load shedding, the protest will continue till the supply of electricity.
