Karachi: Pakistan Bazar Police arrested 3 suspects including a woman involved in the incident of looting in a goldsmith’s shop.
According to the spokesman, the arrested accused has been arrested in a similar case before and has gone to jail. On April 12 last month, the accused committed theft by cutting the locks of Ur Rehman Jewelers located in Pakistan Bazar Market. was registered in the police station.
The police identified an accused with the help of CCTV footage, after which, on the information received from confidential sources, the police arrested the accused Samira and her other 2 accomplices, Jameel and Haider Ali, during a raid and recovered 12 lakhs. Gold ornaments worth Rs. 10 gold rings, 27 cloves, 10 pendants, 9 earrings, 17 bands and 5 pairs of tops were recovered.
The police is getting more information from the arrested accused regarding the incidents of looting in the shops.
