Karachi: The series of protests against the non-supply of electricity in the city continues.

Residents and shopkeepers of the area near Sadar Empress Market and Gulshan Disco Bakery protested against brutal electricity load shedding and suspended traffic.

Citizens also faced severe hardship due to the protest near Empress Market, tires and other items were also set on fire by the agitators.

As soon as the protest was reported, the local police and traffic police officials reached the spot and dispersed the protestors peacefully after discussion and restored the traffic.

Residents of the area near Gulshan Iqbal Disco Bakery Signall protested against the non-supply of electricity and blocked both the tracks of the road and raised slogans against K-Electric.

On this occasion, the agitators said that it is very surprising that the Yapra authorities turn a blind eye to the intense heat and electricity load shedding in Hubas, it seems that the Napera authorities are helpless in front of the electricity administration.
