Karachi: The Sindh High Court has summoned an affidavit from K Electric on a petition related to unannounced loadshedding on Jahangir Road, Jamshed Quarter.

According to Express News, before a two-member bench headed by Justice Salahuddin Paiwar, a hearing was held on an application related to unannounced load shedding on Jahangir Road, Jamshed Quarter.

Justice Salahuddin Paiwar remarked that unannounced load shedding is being done on Jahangir Road, what is the fault of those people who used to pay the bill? Submit a report to the court that how much load shedding is happening in the applicant’s area?

The lawyer of K Electric stated that we have objection to this petitioner who fights the case and charges fees.
