Karachi: A dead body of a youth was found hanging from a tree in Sarjani Town, the deceased was a resident of Hyderabad.
According to Express, on Monday morning, the body of a young man was found hanging from a tree near the ground adjacent to Noorani Masjid, in the back of Sarjani Town, Queens Fatima Society, Ascender Garden Apartment, Sarjani Town Police Station area.
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and after taking the body into custody, shifted it to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital for legal proceedings.
According to the duty officer of Sarjani Town police station, Sub Inspector Abdul Khaliq, a national identity card was found in the pocket of the deceased, with the help of which he was identified as 21-year-old Hasnain son of Shubrati, the deceased is a resident of Tanga Stand Pahhi, Hyderabad.
He said that a cloth was stuffed in the mouth of the deceased and the cloth was wrapped around the mouth and a tab was attached on top. Hanged from a tree inside.
The doctor says that the final cause of death will be determined after the post-mortem, but the police have started searching for the heirs of the deceased youth.
