Peshawar: The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to take huge loans from international financial institutions during the financial year 2024-25.
According to a private TV report, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has decided to take a loan of 121 billion 754 million rupees from international financial institutions in the financial year 2024-25.
It is said in the documents that in the budget, 60 billion 52 crores will be borrowed from the World Bank, 46 billion 93 crores from the Asian Development Bank. Apart from this, the provincial government is also expected to get a loan of 1 billion 49 crores from the friendly country China. .
The document said that a loan of 3 billion 90 crores will be taken from the American aid organization USAID, 12 billion from the International Development Agency, and 2 billion 49 crores from KFW.
