Rawalpindi: The third terrorist involved in the attack on Dolphin Force in Rawalpindi was also killed during the encounter in the tank.
According to sources, the accused linked to the banned organization was wanted by CTD Rawalpindi. They have already died in the firing of their comrades.
It should be remembered that the accused belonging to the banned organization were present at a private hospital in Rawalpindi for the treatment of a colleague who was injured in the tank, where they were returning after receiving treatment of the colleague when they came face to face with the Dolphin Force personnel on Mall Road Sadar. The accused tried to escape and during the crossfire on Murree Road near Committee Chowk, the accused killed a Dolphin Force officer and injured another while escaping and left the vehicle and fled.
From the vehicle, the police found photographs of the accused, arms license etc., while the police continued to chase the accused and handed over the two accused to the CTD after controlling them from Nhambra Bazar, while the two accused managed to escape.
Later, the two accused who were handed over to CTD were taken to Mandira and Rawat area of GT Road for identification during the investigation.
Police sources said that the three suspects were killed in the attack on the Dolphin Force, while the fourth car driver was hired by the tank as a driver and has no record.
