Karachi: A citizen was killed while his maternal uncle was injured due to firing by bandits near the Super Highway Jamali bridge.
The citizen who died in the firing of the robbers was identified as 22-year-old Sheikh Muhammad Nihal, while the injured Sheikh Muhammad Ayaz, 32, is being provided medical aid.

His brother Sheikh Muhammad Ayaz, 32, who was injured, had come to Saadi Town to visit a family friend and from there, after drinking tea, he left on his 150 motorcycle to go back to his home in North Nazimabad. 4 bandits on two motorcycles tried to stop them with weapons, but when they did not stop, they opened fire, as a result of which Nihal got a bullet in his armpit.
At the same time, Nihal, who was sitting on the back of the motorcycle, took out the licensed pistol of his uncle Mohammad Ayaz, who was driving the motorcycle, loaded it and fired at the 2 dacoits.
He said that Nihal, despite being injured, showed great bravery and emptied the entire magazine on the two robbers, as a result of which one robber was killed while the other was injured.
The police claimed that the injured bandit was hiding in the nearby bushes, when the police started searching for him, he opened fire on the police.
